As Business Development Manager, David leads the company’s international expansion efforts, focusing on uncovering high-potential real estate investment opportunities in both emerging and established global markets. He builds and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders—including brokers, developers, and investors—while laying the strategic foundation for growth abroad.

Leli is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of experience across corporate finance, accounting, and international taxation, including extensive leadership in CFO and Finance Director roles. She has worked across real estate investment, retail, and large-scale consumer businesses, managing complex financial operations and multi-jurisdictional structures.

At Topset, Leli leads financial strategy, reporting, and governance, supporting investment decisions and driving performance. With a background at EY and Arthur Andersen, she holds an MSc in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics and is a Chevening Scholar

Dedicated to tenant satisfaction and operational excellence, he oversees daily management and fosters positive relationships across the portfolio. With a strong background in team leadership and corporate partnerships, Snir plays a key role in our commitment to creating exceptional living spaces and a welcoming environment for all tenants.

With a track record of over £350M in property transactions, Danis plays a pivotal role in guiding our Investment Committee on strategic acquisitions, feasibility, funding, and operations. His experience spans residential, commercial, PBSA, hotel, and mixed-use properties, bringing a well-rounded perspective to each project. Before joining Topset Investments, Danis worked with top property firms in London. He holds a first-class degree in Mathematics from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the LSE, where he also led as president of the LSE Real Estate Club.

As Project Manager, Giorgi is responsible for optimizing and enhancing our property portfolio, focusing on projects that elevate value and operational efficiency. With a first-class degree in Law (LLB), he ensures our properties meet top standards and compliance, bringing a well-rounded approach to effective portfolio management. One of his notable achievements includes successfully launching an in-house management and lettings company in Liverpool, streamlining services and enhancing operational efficiency. His attention to detail and strategic focus make him a key player in our team’s success.

Denise is an energetic and ambitious property professional who manages our London HQ and oversees operations at The Glass House. With a Level 3 Certificate in Managing Property & Residential Lettings from the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), Denise is highly skilled in property management best practices, tenant relations, and operational efficiency. Her commitment to excellence and proactive approach ensures that our properties are managed to the highest standard, providing a seamless experience for both tenants and staff.
